Mintify acquires Magically to grow its ecosystem of consumer applications for digital assets

Mintify, the best place to trade onchain, has acquired Magically.gg from Redacted. This is Mintify’s first major acquisition, and signals a larger strategy to grow its brand and infrastructure to include more consumer-focused applications.

With this acquisition, Mintify brings on a key brand in digital asset trading to expand its consumer-focused ecosystem of onchain products and services. With important connections like this, Mintify aims to be the backbone of the new onchain economy and offers a streamlined, all-in-one trading experience for end users and builders who wish to incorporate trading functionality into their applications.

The Redacted team has entered into a strategic relationship with Mintify through this acquisition that also includes an investment. Jirasan and RDAC will get access to Mintify’s upcoming $MINT launch.

“We see Mintify as a large umbrella for consumer brands looking to push adoption of decentralized applications that require tokens, trading functionality, and access to multiple blockchain networks simultaneously,” says Evan Varsamis, Founder and CEO of Mintify. “Magically and the Redacted community are exceptional partners in helping us amplify our vision, we’re very excited to have them on board.”

“Mintify has a strong history of consistently stepping up their game to include new chains and services,” shares Co-Founder Shan Kumar of Redacted. “Magically users couldn’t be in better hands to benefit from a rock-solid trading experience, and we’re happy to be partnering with Mintify to continue to push the bounds of digital asset trading.”

Magically users and partners will be able to participate in Mintify’s ecosystem of consumer applications as well as the launch of its upcoming token $MINT on Solana.
